Not all where born to bake........

And I'm one of them! It's been a long time since I made cookies and I let the girls help me, so it's their fault for the frisbee cookies! I guess we left out about 1 cup of flour! They wouldn't even scrape off the pan easily! Lol!

We added the flour we missed and got some pretty yummy cookies. I need to practice more!

Lagoon

I've never been to Lagoon when it's not scorching outside, but I have to tell you I liked it so much more in Oct verses the summer! We had so much fun. We spent the WHOLE day there. The girls wanted to ride each ride 5 times! It was cute. I found out that Tori is one brave little chick, and Ri is brave but hates herself for it! Haha! Tori went on "The Bat" with me which is a roller coaster that has your feet hanging rather than in a cart like most. She loved it! I never would have rode that when I was 5! Ri rode a mini-"Rocket" with Caleb. The poor girl hated it! She cried and I felt so bad! Caleb told her to close her eyes to help. It was so cute to see her on the ride holding daddy's hand, sobbing a little, and closing her eyes. She stuck with the "ground" rides after that!

One of their fav's was the boats. This is the ride that Ri hated. But she'll tell you today that it was her favorite ;)They both really liked this one too. They rode it a ton!We had so much fun!!!

..................Fun in the sun....................

Summer is almost over and I hate it!!! The girls really wanted to play in the water so I decided to let them since it's starting to get cold. They had so much fun......well kindof :) Tori had a blast just getting wet in her clothes and having Ri spray her.
And Ri had just as much fun spraying Tori!

They would have done this all night long if I let them.Until............................. Tori decided she wanted a turn with the hose!

Labor Day and Fair fun

We had a great Labor Day! We were able to go to Utah and see Caleb's dad from Hawaii for the weekend. He flew out that day and we headed home. We stopped and made spontaneous visits to the Hill Aerospace Museum and the Blackfoot Fair. It was a fun and long day! And Riley got her ears pierced that day too! She didn't even cry which surprised me!! Ri is definately a city girl. She shakes whenever she sees cows or pigs ( except horses). Everyone was laughing at her cause she walked around the barn at the fair plugging her nose!Tori on the other hand was born to live on a farm I think!It's been a long time since I've been to the Aerospace Museum. The girls loved to see all the cool planes.We left Utah around noon, had lunch, got Ri's ears pierced, stopped at the Museum, hit the road to Idaho, stopped at the fair, and headed back home around 9:30. We had a blast!

My little girls are so brave and so awesome! We had so much fun at the cabin last weekend! Caleb helped both girls shoot some targets and they loved it! It took Ri a little while to do it, but she decided on her own that she could with dad's help! They are so cute! Of course we told them the dangers of guns and that they are not toys!!!

Our weekend project!

We found some bunk beds at a garage sale a couple weekends ago. They weren't too bad for $50 except they needed some new paint! I wish I would have taken before and after pics, but that's ok! Ri sleeps on the bottom and Tori on top, but they wanted to switch for the picture!! I've had this dresser for years! It used to be white, so we spiced it up a lil!! I think it turned out way cute!!

My little cutie pie! One of them anyway!!!Caleb is such a good dad and let the girls paint too. I was freakin a lil, but they had a blast! Oh and by the way, anyone know how to get spray paint out of white pants??? :D

We had sooo much fun! It was a great family activity!!! And cheap too!!

Tori's soccer party!

Tori had her last soccer game last week. We went to Papa Kelsey's for pizza after with her team. It was really fun. Tons of pizza!!!!! I'm so glad I signed her up for soccer this year! She made some really good friends! And we also found out that one of the boys has a MAJOR crush on Tori! So funny! Lookin a little tired here.

After everyone was done eating the coach got up and handed everyone their metals. Tori hates being center of attention, so she hid under the table and cried! I don't know where she came up with this but it has happened more than once! I'm learning to ignore it and hopefully she'll get over it! So we had to go home and take a bath, then took her pics with her metal and certificate! I love her so much!
